FACEWORK 's participation in the FNC3 S.T.E.F.A.N.O. Plan has concluded: 14 people involved and 150 hours of training provided.
Training for the cooperative's work
The " S.T.E.F.A.N.O. – Technological Development, Efficiency, Training, and Updating for New Opportunities" Plan accompanied the cooperative's work on skills development.
The program is part of the New Skills Fund – Skills for Innovation, led by Tebaldi Consulting S.r.l.s..
The results of the journey
The participation involved 14 people , with 150 hours of training provided . The course enrolments completed with at least 75 % attendance were 69 ; the total hours attended by the participants were 2090 .
Each person can participate in multiple courses: the 69 course enrolments do not correspond to 69 different people. The 150 hours provided measure the duration of the training; the 2090 hours instead sum the attendance of individual participants.
From start to finish
The training plan for supply chain A0624-0008, FNC3-F-00037 , focused on innovation, digitalization, and organizational growth. FACEWORK 's participation ended in 2026 .
