FACEWORK : the work that keeps us together.

We are a production and work cooperative founded in Turin in 2014 Our commitment takes shape in everyday gestures: listening to a question, preparing an activity, supporting a person, and working together to ensure the service continues.

Work is our starting point

Organizing work means keeping people, places, and responsibilities together. Reception with , managing spaces and interacting with organizations and partners require presence, coordination and continuity.

In reception, we assist those who need to navigate housing, documents, language, and work. Arranging an appointment or finding the words to explain a need requires time and attention. In services for organizations and businesses, the same commitment begins with the request and the organization of the necessary expertise.

What keeps us together

Mutuality and work

The cooperative's people are at the center: decent work and people's growth guide the cooperative's path.

Listening and respect

Those who work with us and those we welcome are people, with stories and needs worth listening to.

Roots in the territory

Turin is the place from which we build relationships with services, communities, organizations, and businesses.

Growth with responsibility

Continuity of services, care for people, and sustainability guide the evaluation of new projects.

Shared work

We provide education, mediation, social support, and administration. We participate in community life.
We are faces at work , but also faces of work : each with a story, a skill, a commitment.

Phone calls, documents, deadlines, and decisions: part of the service is also built in the office, through discussions between people.

Coordination for every service.

Every assignment requires direction: understanding the request, defining timelines and budgets, selecting and coordinating staff, and tracking documents, suppliers, shifts, and deadlines. Skills evolve with the service; the need for clear responsibilities remains.

Working in the field connects staff, organizations, services, and the community. Daily presence and administrative coordination are two parts of the same commitment.
