Your choices
You can accept statistical cookies, reject them, or customize your selection. Refusing them does not prevent you from browsing. The site's essential functions remain available in any case.
You can reopen your preferences by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" button at the bottom of each page. Statistics are not preselected. Closing your preferences, scrolling, or continuing to browse does not constitute consent.
Google Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 is the Google service used to measure visits and page usage. The site loads Google code only after valid consent to analytics cookies. Before consent or after denial, it does not load that code, nor does it send consent signals to Google without cookies.
With statistical consent, we also measure path openings, clicks to stories, services, and tools, and clicks to contact us. These events describe browsing categories: they do not send form texts, names, credentials, contact information, or the addresses of clicked links. A click on a contact indicates an intention; it does not confirm a call, email, or request received.
If you consent and the service is enabled, Google may receive browser identifiers, pages visited, timestamps, and technical information about your device and connection. The purpose is to understand how the site is used and improve it; the legal basis is consent, which can be revoked by choosing your preferences.
The site's code does not activate Google Signals, advertising personalization, or consent to advertising data. It does not send user IDs, names, email addresses, or contact information entered by users. For page views, it strips parameters and fragments from the sent address; for the referrer, it only sends the domain.
Revoking consent stops data collection on subsequent pages and removes the Analytics cookies accessible on the site's domain. It does not cancel any processing already performed based on your previous consent.
Inventory and duration
The duration of cookies in your browser is different from the retention of data already received by Google. The latter depends on your Analytics settings and the type of data or report; deleting cookies does not alter it. For information on retention and to exercise your rights, please contact Facework at the contact details above.
Google and transfers
When you enable analytics and the service is active, Google processes the data required for the Analytics service. This processing may involve infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Google describes the applicable safeguards and conditions in its policies and terms of service.

Browsers, social networks and other tools
Images, fonts, and icons are hosted on the site. Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn are external links: no social plugins are loaded when you visit this site’s pages. Opening an external link applies the privacy policy of the service you are visiting.
Your browser can use the cache to speed up browsing. You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings; after clearing, you'll be asked to choose your choice again. If your browser prevents it from saving, it may only apply to the current page.
Rights and updates
For browsing data, the data controller's contact information, and rights, please consult the website's privacy policy . The introduction of additional purposes or tools will require an update to the policy and, where necessary, a new choice.

Restricted area storage
The portals use browser memory to maintain access: operator and guest tokens in localStorage; household session in sessionStorage, tied to the browser tab. Passwords and PINs are not stored by the module. The exit button deletes local login data; it is not equivalent to revoking the token on the server. Expirations and deactivations are verified by the backend. Google Analytics and application statistics code are not loaded in restricted areas.
