Check the work, together

Working group meetings allow us to share information, compare needs, and review procedures. Checking and correcting are part of the daily work of the reception team.

Discussion links what happens in the housing to the coordination decisions and interventions to be followed.

Coordinate activities and responsibilities

Organizing shifts, monitoring apartments, supporting administrative procedures, and maintaining relationships with mediation and local services requires collaborative efforts.

Defined roles and traceable communications help reconstruct the steps. The FACEWORK method connects skills and activities. The logbook gives the team a record of the work completed and the steps still open: read how we keep the thread of support flowing .

Observe the paths beyond the obligations

FACEWORK has chosen to integrate a structured social impact assessment into the work of the CAS. The goal is to observe changes in pathways, in addition to attendance and compliance.

Data and evidence collection accompany this work. Evaluation requires method and professional review: the direction of work does not equate to already measured impact outcomes.

The method within the reception

Organization and relationships support each other. Method makes work understandable and shared, while attention to people guides individual paths.

The project explains reception in more detail; the page Quality and certifications presents the cooperative's management systems.
