Reports without names and contact details

The form on the Reports page requires a topic and a description of the facts; the context of place and time is optional. It does not require a name, email, or other contact information, does not allow attachments, and does not permit a personal response. Avoid data that could identify you and unnecessary personal information about other people.

The content is forwarded to the amministrazione@cooperativafacework.it mailbox via Aruba email, allowing the cooperative to review the reported incidents. The form server does not store a copy of the text on disk and does not include IP addresses, cookies, or browser data in the message. A temporary code prevents duplicate submissions. Anti-abuse measures use temporary technical identifiers, without storing the IP address in clear text.

The anti-bot verification uses a random code generated and checked on the Facework server. The code expires after five minutes, is consumed on each verification attempt, and can be heard via locally generated audio. The verification does not use external anti-bot services and does not require identifying data.

Browsing statistics are disabled on the form page. The inbox stores communications according to the criteria described in this policy: communication management and applicable obligations. Any information entered in the text remains part of the message; the absence of identifying fields does not eliminate this possibility.
