Starting from people's experiences
Those welcomed bring their own experiences, skills, and plans. Supporting a journey means building on these resources and concrete needs, without replacing personal choices.
FACEWORK combines listening and organization: understanding a request, identifying a service, scheduling an appointment, and following the next steps.
Being able to choose with greater awareness
Understanding a new word, knowing an office, or finding a neighborhood resource are all possible steps along the way. Independence is built when information becomes usable in everyday life.
Support serves to foster the ability to orient oneself and make choices. The relationship accompanies this process, respecting individual timeframes, desires, and resources.
Connecting language, documents and work
Language mediation , administrative procedures , and training address related needs. An appointment or a document may be a necessary step, but they alone do not guarantee employment or completion of the program.
Activities are adapted to the needs of the individual and the conditions of the individual project.
The pathway within reception
The FACEHUMANITY project allows us to understand how these different steps fit into dispersed reception.
